IBBI Extends ASA Supplier Contract

The Independent Boat Builders, Inc. (IBBI) buying group announced it has awarded ASA Electronics, a contract extension to continue as an IBBI preferred supplier of audio systems for the next four years.

Representing 21 independent boat manufacturers in the United States and Canada, IBBI is the largest marine buying group in the world.

“We are very pleased to continue our relationship with ASA Electronics,” said Tom Broy, President of IBBI. “After only two years, ASA was selected as our Supplier of the Year by the membership. We feel the Polk Audio, Marine Audio, and Jensen brands are a good fit for our members.”

For more than 35 years, ASA has been specifically designing, engineering and testing a wide range of marine audio products to ensure their survival in the challenging conditions encountered on the water. Its premium line includes high-quality and feature-rich stereos, speakers, subwoofers and other accessories built to withstand the inclement elements found in a marine environment.
