ASA Signs Four-Year Contract Extension With ABA

ASA Electronics has extended its four-year supplier contract with the American Boatbuilders Association (ABA), and will remain the ABA’s audio and video supplier through 2020.

“The ABA is pleased to extend our agreement with ASA Electronics through 2020. ASA is an outstanding supplier and we appreciate the technical expertise, customer service, and overall value they bring to ABA Members. ASA’s commitment to new product development keeps ABA members on the cutting edge of audio systems technology,” says ABA president Jay Patton.

The ABA’s aim, according to a mission statement posted on its website, is to “obtain the highest quality materials at the lowest possible cost through collective buying power.”

“We are proud of a successful four years with the ABA. We are looking forward to continued growth and are excited about the opportunities in front of us through this partnership,” ASA Electronics’ Marine Industry Manager Matt Wood said.

ASA Electronics has been designing and manufacturing mobile electronic products for the marine and RV industries since 1977 with proprietary brands Jensen, Jensen Marine, Jensen Heavy Duty, Marine Audio, Voyager and Advent. ASA is also a distributer in specialty markets for SiruisXM Satellite Radio and Polk Ultramarine products.
