Marine audio equipment manufacturer Fusion has released an Android version of its popular Fusion-Link remote control app, which allows full control of compatible Fusion marine entertainment systems directly from mobile devices.

Designed for smartphones and tablets, the app allows navigation, streaming and control of music sources and independent audio zones. Users are able to navigate albums, artists and playlists, and navigate the menu of DVD-enabled systems.

“Once we released our Fusion-Link app for Apple devices, we knew we were on to something big,” said Chris Baird, managing director for Fusion Entertainment. “Now that we have released an Android version of the app, regardless of what platform our customers prefer, we give them the easiest, most versatile control of the highest quality marine audio systems on the market.”

The Fusion-Link remote control app for Android is compatible with the company’s MS-UD650, MS-AV650, MS-UD750 and MS-AV750 stereos via Bluetooth, and can control the MS-AV750, MS-UD750, MS-IP700i and MS-AV700i stereos via Wi-Fi. The app is now available as a free download from the iTunes App Store and Google Play for both Apple and Android mobile devices.
