One of the great attractions to pontoon boats is their remarkable versatility – one can find fishing models, cruising models, water sports models and boats that deliver amazing value. But the all-new SunChaser Geneva DS 24 manages to deliver all of the above in a single great-looking package.

It takes a lot to stand out in a market loaded with great pontoon boats, but SunChaser does so with the inspired design of its Geneva DS 24. The company found that many buyers want to do a little bit of everything out on the water, instead of specializing on a core activity, so it designed the Geneva DS 24 with adaptability foremost in mind.

Anglers will appreciate the Geneva DS 24’s twin bow fishing seats, which offer plenty of room to cast in comfort.

For the fishermen in the family, SunChaser starts with a pair of swivelling, pedestal-mount fishing seats right up front on its extended bow deck, providing plenty of space to cast in comfort. There’s also place to mount a fish finder, of course, along with a bow-mount, foot-controlled electric trolling motor. That’s why the boat comes with a half-height bow entry gate – the open lower half provides clearance for the motor.

Even the fish will like this boat, with its built-in, aerated live well under the port-side bow seat.

There’s more – lifting the seat cushion of the port-side bow lounge seat doesn’t reveal a big storage locker as expected, but a large aerated live well with a recirculation feature, ensuring the catch of the day stays fresh and happy.

With the seat cushion closed, the big bow seats invite one to get comfy and relax, especially with their neatly integrated drink holders.

For those who would rather just kick back with a cold drink and watch the world go by, the SunChaser Geneva DS 24 offers all the comforts of home inside its spacious cockpit, with a pair of big, comfy lounge seats up front and a huge L-shaped lounger in the stern. The seat back cushions throughout are higher than expected, allowing super-comfy cruising whether you’re looking forward, aft or sideways.

For a boat with so much seating space, the Geneva DS 24 maintains a surprising amount of interior space. You won’t feel crowded on this boat.

Plenty of drink holders spaced throughout the boat, along with strategically-placed stereo speakers, ensure an enjoyable experience no matter where you choose to flop.

The big L-shaped stern lounge surrounds a pedestal-mount fiberglass table with a pair of integrated drink holders, creating the ideal lunch spot. If the sun gets a bit too much, then a full-sized overhead awning provides a break from the mid-day heat.

The big, L-shaped stern lounge seat might just be the best seat in the house. Note the door in its forward face, which opens to reveal a pop-up change room.

For those who want to get as much sun as they can, the SunChaser Geneva DS 24 offers a big, inviting stern sun pad – a bit of a rarity these days, and a feature that many buyers seem to miss. Kudos for SunChaser for bringing it back.

The driver’s seat features fold-down arm rests and a swiveling base, allowing it to be turned inward and used as seating when the boat is at rest. Underway, the seat base also slides, allowing a comfortable fit for drivers of all heights.

We don’t see many sun pads in pontoons today, but SunChaser wisely brought it back in the Geneva DS 24. There’s no better place to sprawl out and relax.

The helm console itself is stylish and efficient, with the main gauges mounted right up top where they’re easily seen. A small, detachable windshield does an admirable job of deflecting the breeze, while a beefy sport steering wheel assures all-day comfort on the water. Strategically placed courtesy lights provide added safety when boating early or late in the day.

There’s extra storage space for gear in the helm console of the SunChaser Geneva DS 24, accessed through a side door, and in the base of that big sun pad as well. That’s especially good news for the water sports fans in the family, as it provides a perfect spot to stow wake boards or skis.

Water sports fans will appreciate the oversized stern swim platform, complete with its retractable boarding ladder. The optional tow pylon turns this pontoon into a surprisingly good tow boat for wake boarders, tubers and skiers as well.

A peek out back on the spacious aft swim platform reveals a retractable four-step stainless steel boarding ladder, to the starboard side, with plenty of space to add the optional  welded tow pylon that neatly frames the engine.

Looking for a spot to change out of wet swim wear? A discreet hatch in the end of the port-side seat opens to reveal a pop-up change room for privacy.

Attention to detail matters, and SunChaser gets it right with features like the sliding base on its driver’s seat so it can be adjusted car-style for all drivers.

No matter whether you prefer to fish or lounge or wake board, everyone in the family can appreciate SunChaser’s incredible value.

Looking for a versatile pontoon that really can do it all? The delightful SunChaser Geneva DS 24 ticks a lot of boxes in a great looking, comfortable and affordable package. Take one for a spin and you’ll find this is one contemporary pontoon that’s sure to please the whole family.
